Kathy,
Why did you have to post this picture.... you're gonna make a thief out of me. When are you NOT going to be home? lol lol (kidding)
It is beautiful and I certainly would appreciate more pictures of her please!!!
Judy
well, she's just a single stick right now LOL, I'll have to check to see if there's any more buds on her. it's super scorching hot out there, we've turned our air on finally, and when we turn the air on, Kathy don't go outside any more LOL. just kidding, but I don't go out as much .
I know exactly what you mean!!! It supposed to be 92 here today. I've already started getting up around 4:30 AM so I can get my outside chores completed before it gets too hot.
Does the hot weather negatively impact your heart? I know you've had surgery within the last year but didn't know how you heart was otherwise.
Judy
Gosh, I'm not ready for those kinds of temps. It's only 73 here right now and I'd be happy if it didn't get any warmer. I hope you get some cooler temps so you can enjoy being outside a little.
I don't know how you can stand the heat. I much prefer cold to heat. Here it is nice and comfortable, 70s usually. I am so lucky since I am outside so much.
Your flower is so pretty, a big improvement to my eye over Frosty and Isabella. I love the ruffled skirt. I have only seen one pic of Raffaela and she sure was not this pretty at all!
I don't think she's open all the way yet, i'll take another pic maybe this evening to see if she opens further.
it's about 95 out there right now. we went to some festival yesterday and at 5:00 it felt like l00 degrees out there. I couldn't walk around without a sweat rag LOL. I didn't expect these kind of temps till the end of june, each year is so different here.
I just came from the garden, and sweated profusely LOL. I hate this arkansas weather, and won't live here forever either LOL.
I too like the cold but not the freezing all the time no summer at all cold. not sure of the perfect state to live in, though i'm open to suggestions LOL
Judy, No the hot weather doesn't negatively affect my heart, I do have my first 6 month check up on the l6th, (it will actually be 7 months since the heartattack and surgery) and have some problems I have to discuss with my doctor, breathing problems, not sure if it's due to the heart attack and surgery but rather alergies (wheat) in particular. will find out, I also have some bad trouble with I guess it's scar tissue, on my chest, where the insision was, it hurts constantly, I can actually feel it move sometimes when I'm bending and stretching, like it's not completely together, but someone says cartilege never heals. so thatmight be what it is. well, diddn't mean to take this thread over with my heart problems.
Now I can see the picture. Very pretty.
its so lovely .. Judy my list keeps getting bigger yours to?? so many so beautiful...
Good luck on your check up KathyAnn. I hope your Doctor can help your breathing and your pain. That is what I hate too, sweating. I just melt in the heat. I have it pretty good where I am. Mild winters, lots of rain though from November to April, then no rain, no storms till Novemeber again. It stays in the 70s all summer into October. 50s at night. All in all very comfortable!
wow, sounds like great weather, do you get earthquakes at all? I'd be leary of california for all the earthquakes.
WOW KELL!!
That's sounds like my kind of weather, beats the heat we have here in South Florida. I have to inform my husband that we are moving!!! LOL!!
Connie
