Slaw Dressing Recipes... Please Post Yours

I have the cabbage, carrots and bell pepper prepared and I'm ready for the dressing, but I decided I wanted to try something different. I usually make up a dressing of mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper dressing which is called NC Cole Slaw Dressing. If you use a different one please post it here.
