Bward, is that Lime Zinger, next to the hosta? gorgeous!

Knoxville, TN

Isn't it amazing what can happen when you are away from the garden for just a few days? It looks lovely Barbara.

Vossner-yood eyes-yes, it is Lime Zinger.

Mel-you see I still don't have any coleus. I am not kidding-the grinch stole all of Hattiesburg's coleus. Can't go roaming looking for any-leaving for TN. Will be passing right through Knoxville to Jonesborough. I'll wave.

Thanks-I have dirt stains under my fingernails from that bed. It is adjacent to the walk so I fiddle with it almost every day.
Ahelms, how are your brugs doing? Do you have any photos-you probably posted and I missed them.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Molly, the bed in under a pecan tree but gets afternoon sun. That is ajuga.

Archer/Bronson, FL(Zone 8b)

Bward,

Thank you. I am getting better at my plant identification. I have 2 kinds of Ajuga, one like you have there and a light green varieagated. I wish mine was a bit more invasive. It is really pretty and lends color despite not have a flower.

Brugie and Nat., I have a very formal plan for planting in my beds-find a hole and plant it. LOL I always plant to close. My theory is, if you have weeds, you don't have enough plants. Since I still have lots of weeds, I must need to get more plants. Just brought back back of truck full from TN. That will help. But I am not finished by a long shot. I keep trying not to collect any thing new----it is soooooo hard. You folks keep showing me beautiful plants. Who can resist?????

Archer/Bronson, FL(Zone 8b)

Bward,

I definately like your planting style. And you are right. I pulled a gazillion weeds yesterday so I really think I need more plants.

I sure needed some encouragement for that and justification to get more. Thank you.
