The answer is - you can't. She's pretty determined and she knows how to use them.

No episodes in several weeks now since I've stabilized her meds. But my neurologist who gives me Botox for migraines says that they use it on humans with the disorder Penny has. It might be a whole new world. So I'm about investigating that.
