I've dealt with www.papagenos.com for years and just received an email about a huge sale they're having. Prices are pretty good and I've never lost a plant I've bought from them. They've got herbs and some perennials on sale right now.

How big are the plants from there?..Ive heard they are a great nursery and have gotten their newsletter for a very long time but never heard of the size of the plants...Ive put in an order and hope to get them by the middle of next week...Judy
The plants from papageno's are *small*, in the deep 2 1/2" pots, and they often look like they've been pruned severely when they arrive. But, in my experience they've always been very healthy with nice strong root systems and take off like crazy once you repot them. I've never found a better place to buy reasonably priced scented geraniums.
