This beautiful moth was resting on the stone of a local church building at 7 PM, April 28, 2005. I took this photo of it and want to share it with you.

they sure are pretty. I have alot of them down here...some get cought in my bug zapper and it is truely sad when i have to get them out.

Thank You for the link...WOW I did not know that..I thought i was doing some good against bug biting insects around my house...I must admit we dont plug it in much anymore, just because we forget. But now I will have second thoughts bout turning it on.

Thanks for the link, jasmerr. I have 2 sweetgum trees. One of them has bird feeders and a birdbath hanging in it.

They are beautiul moths. They almost look surreal.
