That is very nice, however, my wife would not have anything that had the word "rat" in it. If I had something like that I sure wouldn't tell her what it's called. I really like it though.

Thanks. The blooms last about a month w/a few straglers for another month or so. If it's in the right spot, it will have even more blooms, but this is the best place I have to protect it from 28-32° cold sometimes here in our neck of the woods, without having to move it in. It's just too heavy!!

Edited to say: I just noticed where you were from Carolyn. . .I was born in Wilcox and my mom in Dos Cabezos. Bisbee is a close neighbor I think. ?? (Folks left AZ for So. Calif when I was a baby. Have visited birthplace only once, as we've usually gone thru the northern part of AZ when passing through to go back east, i.e. old Rte. 66.) ;-janet

Where can I purchase of cutting of this cactus. a aporocacuts flagelifarmis. Or could I grow it from seed? Is there a place to purchase cactus seeds? Thank you
