I'm growing one and wondered if the leaves are supposed to be smaller and lighter colored than alot of the Brugs. All my other Brugs have fairly dark green leaves, and all of them have bigger leaves except for my Cherokee. I feed all of them the same.

So does mine and I think it had a little help from spider mites that moved in on some suavs. I just went and looked at a gallery and the foliage shots were definitely lighter than the rest I have.
I pulled off two leaves last night that kinda looked like spider mite damage - I'm going to neem everything again today or tomorrow and "rub" a little on her like Kell mentions. I'm also thinking about giving her a boost of epsom salt.
I read once that Herrenhauser Garten is more of a conservatory type plant. I am thinking about giving a nice cutting to Manito Gardens for their conservatory. The one they have in there right now is variegated and doesn't look good. Maybe I'll ask them if I can help out with them. I don't think they are feeding theirs properly. Don't want to step on toes though so will figure out a nice way to volunteer.
