Pizza Baking Stone

I need ideas from all you wonderful cooks.
I have a pizza baking stone-it says the baking stone does not need conditioning or seasoning-I thought you had to soak it in water before using it each time?? It can be use in an oven or microwave(don't know if I would). I need to know(which it does not tell) what is the best or highest temp. should be used? What do you cook or how do you use your baking stone? Any & all information is very much appreicated.
