I have some lycoris radiata that have been dug up today. If I want to "hold" these for several days before mailing them to someone - what is the proper way to store them ? dry ? slightly damp paper ?
I'm unsure :)

I need help as I am not being a good bulb gardener :)
Im not an expert but I believe you want them to be dry, I know you do that when you want them to go dormant, but Ive dug up bulbs and just kept them dry and out of the sun and couldnt get back to them for a couple of days to replant, they did just fine.
thanks, I know there is a fine line between, keeping things moist and rot :)
