Is it the first bloom for you? It may take a little age to bloom correctly. The leaves could be.

I agree with Kell. I have had this happen. My Pink Favorite bloomed fairly small blooms when it first started from a cutting last year. It quickly "normalized" into it's large nice pink blooms, though.

Give it a few more blooms, I'm sure it will be fine.
