Greetings from North Carolina

Andrews, NC(Zone 6a)

Greetings everyone, I joined a few weeks back and have been very busy landscaping a back yard that we have to have truck loads of top soil trucked in. You see we dig 2" and hit solid bedrock!
Once the dirt is delivered, the only way to get it to the yard is in 5 gallon buckets. So bucket after bucket I'm TIRED. Thanks to all for the warm welcomes. Look forward to chatting with you.

Take care and happy gardening

Welcome to Daves. Gosh Gary, I don't envy you your job. I'm sure when all is said and done, it will be worth it though.

Oh wow, hauling dirt that way will be a chore. Don't overdo it! I had 5 tons of dirt delivered a couple weeks back, and hauled it a shovelfull at a time. Yikes, I was tired. I fell ya on that one. Take care, and good luck, and yes, it will be worth it :)
