SASBE - how much postage

Sending large SASBE for 12" cutting of Passiflora. How much postage do you think would be adequate?
I need to allow enough for packaging.

I would send in a flat rate pro env - 3 something and it gets there faster. Regular mail - matters how much packing and how thick it is...
