Usage of Neem on Brugs

(Linda) Winfield, KS(Zone 6a)

How long do you have to wait to foliar spray with fertilizer after you use neem? My jug of neem doesn't have anything on it that says one way or the other.

I waited a week before i hit the neem with anything else....just in case, I really don't know how long to wait, but it rained before I foliar fed anyway...

I treated all my Brugs today. It rained last night and I don't think we are suppose to have rain again until next Tues. I thought I would wait about a week, on the jug it said to use the neem and then repeat in about 2-4 weeks.
I foliar spray with fertilizer on Tues. morning, unless someone else has better information on it I will use the fertilizer again next Wed. or Thurs.

Thanks SherryLike

Linda, one of my worst habits last year was 'wanting' to do this or that, fertilize or spray for bugs/slugs, and I'd work it around when I thought it was going to rain. Well is rained all spring and summer and, yep, I think that much water hurt the garden, but not fertilizing and working on insect control hurt a whole lot too...

I used Neem day before yesterday and tomorrow morning I am going to foliar spray with Messenger. I think after a couple of dry days they should be just fine and I want to get the Messenger on within the 2 weeks from the first application and will be gone over the weekend.

Thanks Karrie20x and SherryLike. I think alot of my Brug problem know is not fertilizing enough. But I have to stay on top of the bugs because if we don't we won't have any Brugs for the bugs to munch on.

This week, advised by three of the oldest gardners in the community, I used liquid Sevin. I had no idea it would put white spots on all the plants. They told me to spray everything in my garden with the Sevin and I did. They also told me that the only thing they see 'wrong' with what I'm doing with my brugs is to let the leaves touch the ground - they say, because bugs will hitch a ride on the leaves. So, I removed the ones that looked like they could be bug bridges. I'm having the grotto in front of the barn cemented in the am. They have the whole place torn up, but I think I'm going to live through it. I'm going to put a coating or stain on the cement, I'm thinking of fuchsia or a little off purple, maybe like a red grape. Assuming there is a coating recipe for it...I've removed all my flagstones and have made a wall around my fountain and I'll use more for landings and trails through the garden...
