Yes, I have the orchid cactus and you can do whichever is easiest on you. I can take a leaf...almost easier to ship or plantlets ate. Your choice.

Leaves are probably easiest to ship, especially since it will be much hotter by the time you have plantlets. Of course, I'm hoping for a plantlet since we can swap at the RU (your plantlets may have graduated to full plant status by then). :-)
Heather, if those plants are really super wet, you might want to pull the root ball out of the pot for a bit until things dry out a bit (just put it on a plate or a section of newspaper). You don't want those lovely ladies going all limp from overwatering.....
I repotted eveybody last night -- the new babies and all my older ones and gave the nameless names.. LOL! Pop pop's boy, Pop pop's girl --ect-- since they haven't flowered yet... Dolly, Purple Glam and Pink Flash are the new ones. I also have Pink Lace (pink single flower with white edges).... YAY!!!
MsC - I will ship the leaves on Monday if that is ok with you (I only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays so the plants ect get there the same week.)
Maine is quite a bit smaller now that her 3 suckers are removed.... I have leaves started of each plant now-- but I can still remove one of each for you MsC.

Well - my Dolly (noe this is just what the tag says-- never know if it's right) This violet is from Optima -- Dolly --- I donno- she sure is pretty though-- but not pink at all -- white and purple.

You can try the Optimara info site to ID your beautiful babies or if you DARE(lol) you can sit for hours at the AVSA photo site...better get a cup o coffee & snack before going there.There are thousands & thousands of great pics. I can waste soooo many hours looking at well grown AV's on that site. Makes mine look really bad..lol
Just out of curiosity, does anybody else find more than one name for AV's they have? I have several AV's that I swear look like one named variety & then I find a pic of a completely different one that looks like it too.

MsC, I have found that lighting, soil prep, pot type & location can affect blossom coloring. Often times, the AVSA description can be "off" from what you've got at home because of these reasons. And, of course, because of mislabeling, switcheroos and name violations.
