diabetic meal plans???

My DH has recently been diagnosed as having type 2 diabetes. Does anyone know of a good website for meal plans. I am totally confused after talking to the nutritionist . carbs , calories, exchanges, etc. has my mind in a whirl. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Lou
