I have 10 Green Castor Bean seeds (Ricinus communis) to give to someone. I received these seeds in an exchange, but after reading about the plant, I learned that all parts of the plant are very poisonous. What I have read indicated that just one seed could be fatal. Whether that is true or not, I'm unsure of, and I'd like to keep it that way. I have a Golden Retriever who not only likes to retrieve, but he gardens with me and his game is to drag or chew any weeds that I pull up, or eat dropped leaves from trees. Yup, you've got the picture.... ;-)
So, if someone would like these seeds, you may have them for a SASE with 60-cents postage. Just stay forwarned...(I will add the bubble-wrap to the seed pack before mailing.)
The plant is beautiful and I sure wish that I could grow it, but I love my garden-helping Golden.
