This is the second batch of cuttings I've killed (or nearly so).
I dont have a picture atm, but the leaves just curl up and turn brown.
I dont know why they wont' thrive. It's not due to lack of moisture or light.
I'm not having any luck with my hibiscus cuttings.
I place mine in a 4" pot, moisten, then cover with a plastic newspaper bag. I put it in a sheltered area of the back yard (no direct sun) and wait. I have had good success with this. I do use rootone.
Sounds like you may be cooking yours.

What kind of fertilizer are you using on them? Or are you trying to root them?
