We're just starting our pond and deer are in our yard regularly. (Next door neighbor puts out corn for them.) Do we have to worry about them going after the waterlilies? I hate to think what their sharp little hoofs would do to the pond liner.
Do deer go after waterlilies?
I'm not sure about water lillies, but I have seen them go after moss in a stream!
I've got a ;large pond and deer, I never have had even one of them go after the lilies.
They usually just eat the salt and sweet block and get a drink at the edge of the pond. I have never seen one of them get their feet wet.
