Look what is blooming

This coral bean is one of my favorites. I rescued it from a bull dozer--aren't I a nice person. LOL It was in a vacant lot that was being bulldozed and leveled. My husband and I dug and dug for hours to get it up. We both agree it was worth the effort.

I love my coral bean also. Mine has not bloomed yet this year. I think I need to pinch it back . It is almost seven feet tall. Cuttings root easily.

Thanks everyone -I enjoy walking down that path.

Brinda-yes cleopatra and Nancy's revenge-you have good eyes for plant identifications. Will be leaving for a week and will miss the rest of the flowering of the coral bean. But it blooms all summer-which makes me very happy to look down that path and see one flush after another. It is an amazing plant.

Rylaff, for some reason I have never tried to root any. Thanks for the suggestion.
