It appears to be Hoya Lacunosa.

H. lacunosa has been known to carry that name...Mini Wax Plant. It is a great hoya...lots of water, fast draining soil and shade with bright indirect light. It loves to bloom.

check and see if your soil has those wetting agents in them...you might want to change it. Some folks do.

Congratulations,

The Exotic Angel plants are the ones with the wetting agents and the soil is like a spounge and holds water for long periods of time. The EA pots are in a distinctive hanging baskets...kind of a redish/ orange pot or Hanging Basket.

So i should change them out, and put them in normal potting soil? Miracle grow ok? but keep the same pot, so the roots can stay croweded right?

I'm not an expert, but I used miracle gro myself on some hoyas, I lost them. Miracle grow definitely has a wetting agent used in it. If you don't want to make up your own mix, I would probably just grab some cactus potting soil and add some perlite to it. Hopefully one of the more experienced growers will read this and correct me if I am wrong. Believe me, I am still trying to figure this all out myself. Much luck!
