Hey guys, look who decided to join my pepto party!!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Not as dark as last year, but she is getting there. I must be doing something right. And she just came thru some stormy days.

Pretty Kell, which one is that?

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Hi Linda. It is Red. And I am hoping by this tomorrow she will be . LOL.

I keep looking out of the window at her, then run out and take more pics. . My kid is coming home in a few hours. I need to get my act together and stop doing that and coming on here. But the show here is always too much fun. Work can't compete.

SE Arky, United States(Zone 8a)

I suspected it was Red. She is really dark for this time of the year, her color is beautiful just like it is but I do bet she gets darker as the season progresses. So pretty!!!!

Denver, CO(Zone 5b)

Oh I just love this brug!

Deltona, FL(Zone 9a)

Kell, What a wonderful color...To be that shade this time of year..Later it should be unbeliveable.. Great brug, forms pretty nice also. Does she have a scent as if she needs it.

Livermore, CA(Zone 9a)

Very nice Kell, will look forward to seeing what the color does when we get warmer.

Yukon, OK(Zone 7b)

Having a difficult time not drooling all over the place here!!!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Thanks. I had forgotten how dark she can get. The next one to open is getting so dark by the minute.

LOL Brinda. I have lucked out big time again. I just took some cuttings again the other day and they haven't even wilted, so maybe she is over her finicky behavior. LOL

The color has never been known to go way up but sure seems to want to now. This poor bloom has a tenticle missing.

Do any of you think that Kell is enjoying all this taunting???

LOL....you know I'm kidding Kell! Jealous maybe, but kidding too! LOLOL

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Wouldn't it be funny Brinda if I were colorblind and to you all she was a wimpy pink. And you all just humor me along. LOL What good friends!!

Wouldn't that be funny!!

Yukon, OK(Zone 7b)

I just can't stop laughing Kell! You wanna know why??????

Cuz that is really what is going on! I should just send you my address and that way you could send them all to me.....and then move along to something like trees....Pine Trees! They are all the same green color and you wouldn't need to be humored! LOLOL

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Actually I went thru a pine tree addiction. There are some really cool ones!!! If I had a huge property, I would have lots of neat pine trees, all different!!

A friend just called me and I am such a paranoid personality, I made her go look at this thread and tell me if the brug looked dark or if I was hallucinating. LOL About the same time I happened to look out my window and the brug looked so washed out. I freaked. LOL LOL It was the way the sun was hitting it.

San Jose, CA(Zone 9a)

kell...Are you talking about the tangerine colored one you posted this afternoon???

Sorry...I couldn't help myself! snicker, snicker...

Ventura, United States(Zone 10b)

Kell, that color is amazing. What is the large brug in the background on the left in the very first picture with all of the blooms? Is that one in a container or in the ground? It's huge!

Jacksonville, FL(Zone 9a)

Kell, It is very beautiful!!!

Knoxville, TN

What a beautiful flower, Kell!
I shot this Mountain Laurel last night just because it made me think of you and your "thing" for pink.

Ahhhhhh, thanks Mel. You are a sweetheart. We do not seem to have those here.

Margie, you are so mean. LOL

Clare, it is Golden lady. She is the ground, has been for I think for 3 years now. She is huge. I am amazed by her size. She was a cutting from above the Y too.

Yukon, OK(Zone 7b)

Pretty Mel....and I bet is smells wonderful too!

Ventura, United States(Zone 10b)

Wow, Kell, she is huge!

Mel, that Mountain Laurel is lovely.

Here's another pink for you, Kell. It is a Epiphyllum hybrid "Padre."
