i'm patiently waiting for buds gritting my teeth here!!!

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

I want blooms, I want blooms, I can't even sing to them to get some blooms, course they were all babies this winter, alot don't even have y's yet, so I'll patiently wait I guess. looks like I need to water again too.

Something's gonna have to go in this first picture, hum, wondering do the brugs need to g o out side, or do I need to move the hanging baskets LOL. I really want to keep things all together this year, and not have them so strung out all over the place, so I have alot of the brugs still in the greenhouse. Except for the younger ones I moved out side recently. spider mites seem to like the ones inside better than the ones outside.

Whats the one with the heavy serrated leaves?
they sure look good, tho. some of mine are so pathetic looking ; (

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

you talking about the one in thegreenhouse with the pointy tips looking like a christmastree on the leaves thing going on LOL. is that the one? not sure which one you are talking about, gosh I hope it's not the one outside, cause I sure wouldn't know LOL you think they look good? thanks, I was kind of wondering, if they were ok looking or not, I have some that look like they could wrap themselves around a stick their so crooked growing, I sure wish they would be straight instead of so wavy (the trunks) that is.

Pocahontas, TN(Zone 7b)

I've got a couple like that that I'm just going to have to stake if they don't straighten up in a few more days.

I think you have done really well to have that many and for them to look that good.

the one just to the left of the vari. and just below the tan pot, lol, yeah, the christmasy looking one, lol

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

somehow I knew you were talking abou tthat one, just in front of the variegated snowbank, that has leaves on the very top LOL. that one is whiskers, I din't realize it, but I have 2 whiskers out there. and both are two big to ship LOL.

Thanks judy for the compliment, guess I'm doing something right. time to get out the miracle grow again. love that stuff.

Gulfport, MS(Zone 8a)

they really are looking good. i'd be horrified to post my pathetic ones, lol.
i'm ready to take it down to a few favorites, focus on getting these european seeds planted and be done, lol
but i'm afraid the addiction is far worse than my common sense, lol

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

oh you have european seeds, cool. will be great to see what they look like, i've never ever done brug seeds, don't know that I want to. I have too much other things going on I guess.

SE Arky, United States(Zone 8a)

kathy_ann, they look very good!!! I'm in zone 8a, also in Arky, southeast corner. I have all mine outside and rather separated, not real far, and I have watering pots stashed every place, close to hoses. I separate mine, as much as possible, thinking that if one brug is taken over by bugs that I can doctor the others before they 'catch' the bugs too. I still have some closer than I'd like, which did cause some problems last year, but I planted some kale with them, which is supposed to attract bugs, so maybe the bugs will leave my brugs alone. I dunno. We'll see.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

LOL Kathy, you have it bad. Look at them all. And they all look great. I love MG also. This summer you are going to have so many blooms you will gag at all the fragrance they emit. LOL

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

You think so, I don't know, I really love the fragrance, LOL but I am wondering what i'm to do this winter LOL, will have to cut them all back, and I didn't really want to do that as I wanted blooms in the greenhouse this winter, maybe I can just cut down close to the y's so they'll still bloom some.

Greensburg, IN(Zone 6a)

Kathy-ann I am just like you, raised those babies all winter now I am desperate to see some Y's and buds, every where you look in my small garden is a Brug. and YES I have my digital right here and ready When they start.

Soon Doris. It looks like our weather pattern will change to warm and then things will start popping. Like you, I'm ready for blooms and armed with new batteries in the camera.
