Buttercream Icing Recipe that uses powdered milk?

I am searching for a light, airy, fluffy buttercream icing recipe that a family bakery use to make to ice their cakes. They have been out of business for many years and I am on the hunt to try and duplicate that icing. Any help appreciated!
