I know its saving me lots of money but I can't get on
and its driving me nuts
I get a message that says its a forbidden site
error 403 I think
I wrote them and they said I had to change something in my browser
I had no clue what they were saying and my DH deleted the email
I never had a problem till I burned up my computer
A freind of my husband and his computer gurus rebuilt it ,new mother board,new everything
Windows XP(had ME)
Internet explorer

ppplllleeeeaaassseee
tell me in dumb blond terms how to fix it

ya know he may have told them to block it somehow.........
