I have not heard of this one, how did it get it's name?

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

It should read Weisse Posaune but Weisse Posaune is a versicolor-hybrid and this is a suaveolens influenced hybrid. It is not Weisse Posaune. I am sorry.

Awwww I'm so sorry Dona...that's just aweful to find out after you've waited anxiously for a bloom. But on the other hand, she's a gorgeous white!

I love all of mine whether they have names or not...they are all special because they each have their own look

Hugs
Julie

thanks but if you are growing as many as i am you dont want the untrue ones.... :)

True :-)

Gulfport, MS(Zone 8a)

i have one labeled that too..just dont remember where i got it from. I'll have to wait for it to bloom now before i trade it out.

Sorry for the photo quality but this is one I thought to be Weisse Posaune. Maybe Monika might return and check it out. It bloomed really late last fall. I don't believe it's Weisse P either. Another trade mix up...I join the crowd with you Dona...
Sorry about your named Brug mix up Dona....

Kin, I am sorry but it is also a suaveolens-hybrid.
I dont have own pictures of Weisse Posaune because I dont have her.
She is a bit too sensitive in my climate.

Thank you Monika.
I still like her blooms even if she has no name..LOL
