I have a request to ship an Epi to Puerto Rico, would this be ok?? I put this on Int Trading with no response.

I've shipped plants to Puerto Rico without any problem. It's a U.S. holding and the postage is the same as in the U.S. It's been a couple of years since I shipped. Things might have changed since then. But I had no problem back then.
