My brugs are still in their winterquarters because of the cold, we had in the past. They are budding and flowering. The fragrance in the winterhouse at night is overwhelming.
The flowers of Fandango have only a hint of color right now.
Fandango in the Winterhouse
Monika, Just lovely.
Color or no color ... Fandango is still gorgeous!! I don't have nothing out either Monika, it has been to cold.
Simply stunning!
They are lovely Monika! I'm starting to really love doubles and these are just gorgeous!
Both are gorgeous Monika.
We are in winter/spring mode here also. Afraid to plant them in the ground, would be a lot of working covering all. Sigh........
Thank you all for your nice replies.
Apparently we all have the same problem with the winter, which doesnt want to leave! I hope, that summer will come soon for all of us.
They are both beautiful Monika.
It is cold here also but the blooms in the GH adds a touch of spring even with the cold temps outside.
I can't wait to see your gardens again this summer.
Monika, they a both beautiful.Your hard work sure pays off. Here's wishing that warmer temps come and stay for you real soon.
Terry, my garden looks different this summer. After the removal of the large pine trees last fall, the Allee has room for 22 Brugmansia Trees. It makes me glad, that I have in golden yellow and in orange flowering Trees again for the Allee.

looks wonderful Monica!
btw - I recently got your book in and my high school senior grabbed the original to take to her German class. (3 years) She (and me) thought it was very cool that it was signed as well.
thanks
They're both beautiful Monika. I LOVE Fandango.

Truly beautiful Brugs, honored to view their pictures. Thank you for taking the time to share with us.

Just beautiful, Monika -- Fandango reminds me of a bride!

Fandango, I think is my favorite. Both are just beautiful. But in the long run ... it is us that give many thanks to you!
I thought the color of Fandango on that first pic was quite pretty - white with a touch of mocha. I like those colors.
Hi Monica such a joy tosee that picture here in upstate n.y. unless you have a greenhouse we do not enjoy flowes until summer. My brugs have been in the ground for about 4 weeks in suspended animaTtion but the are all alive hopefully it will warm up and stay there. Bob
Thank you Bob. A Greenhouse is very helpful in our cool climate.
Spring was cold this year. I hope, that last week was the last frost days.
Monika, they are both absolutely gorgeous! We've been 94 degrees for about the last week and dry, dry, dry. 'Wishing for some moderation in our weather too.
Kay
BEAUTIFUL Monika
I know how you feel with the weather
we wait all winter for spring....and we don't get spring till everyone else is in summer
Monika, your blooms are beautiful in your winter quarter. You have so many lovely ones and it would be very difficult for me to pick favorites. I hope you and Karyn get your spring weather soon. Our spring is over and now it is very hot.....low to mid 90's.
