Nope,the eyeball plant is Spilanthes oleracea. The flower is a yellow orb.

No, I think the albutilon is from the malvacae family, related to hollyhocks and such. The eyeball plant is in the aster family.
I started a bunch of eyeball seeds and have transplanted to the beds a month or two back. It has not impressed me yet. They've just not grown a whole bunch. Any suggestions? Assuming they are suppose to grow and be bushy little plants?
