This is one crabby plant. I think it's gotten 1 new leaf in two years. The space between the internodes is very long. I know it's not H. subquintuplinervis as I remember reading an article about the difference between subquintuplinervis and H. ? Can't remember...quinquinerva?
Anyone have a leaf that looks like this?
NOID - any ideas?
Mine has a bite out of it on the other side....does that count?
Doesn't ring a big bell...H. pottsii?
LOL
...sorry...I just had to!!!
No, but I will check tomorrow...
((()))
Beautiful photos!
What a generous offer to share your collection! It is also great to share your Hoyas with a friend. That way if you loose something special, you always have a back up. It also keeps the what goes around comes around theory in constant rotation.
WHOOPS, think I put the above post on the wrong thread, Susan.
Wish I could help you on the ID, but, everytime I think I know the ID from a leaf, I am wrong! That said, I don't try.
I do know that it is the H. subquintuplinervis and H. pachyclada that are so easily confused. That leaf does not look like either to me, but then again, I am no expert.
I see a nice healthy Brugmansia in the background! Man, your plants look great!!!
