It's quiet on the new Canadian Gardening forum this afternoon, so I thought I'd bore you some more with my photos of today. I know I threatened to inundate you with Lilac Trees, but I took mercy and am only gonna show you one of mine. This one is out our side deck off the kitchen and is directly below our bedroom. When we go to bed at night, the scent of these beautiful blooms, waifs right up and fills the room. Ahhh.. I love Lilacs :)
More Pictures...again!
Finally, here's a peak at one of my little fishies. Their names are Hansel & Gretel. I think this is Hansel. He is a Calico Fiddletail. Gretel is there too, but I think she dove under the Hyacinth at the last second. She is a Calico Fantail. I love to sit out there and watch them. They are quite entertaining, actually.

Thanks Donna, your lovely pictures cheered me up this afternoon as I am stuck in my office and I'm counting the minutes till I can leave, 'cos the sun is shining and I want to be in my garden !

Thanks for the great pictures of your pond and liliac,, they must smell so nice
soon mine will be in bloom too,
Your pond looks lovely Donna. I like the way you've done the rock around the edge and your plants all look so nice and healthy. I'm jealous....I'd love to have a little pond in the yard. Maybe when I retire, but I guess by then I might be too old to look after it. Sigh.
Donna lovely pictures. We might all descend on you the next time we all get together if you keep showing us great pictures!
Sounds good to me, Linda. You're all welcome to my little corner of the West Kootenays anytime! :D
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing Donna. We are once again cold and overcast here in southwestern Ontario (only 2 degrees this morning...brrrrrrrrr!), and this really cheered me up. --Ginny
what a sweet garden, and the pond just finishes it beautifully! E
Beautiful pictures Donna! I love your pond and all your flowers. Soon I'll have something to brag about too - its been nice here the past few days, highest was 23 one day, but we're back into the single digits and low teens for the next few days -in fact tomorrow night its supposed to freeze...sigh. Ah, soon I'll be complaining about how hot it is!!
Enjoy your flowers, I am !!
Christine.
Looking great Donna.....your pond should be filled with many wonderful surprises this summer.
Christine your weather sounds mighty familiar. ;b
