anudder silly question

I have a strong cutting rooted and growing and blooming (Oh, right, it's Creamsickle from SD)...and there is a side shoot JUST as tall as the main stem. Leave it? Or cut it off? I really want the brugs in this area to bush and not grow like trees....Possible?

If I want them to bush, I leave all the side growth. Or you could cut it off and stick it in the ground near the first one. Then it would bush twice as fast. LOL Leave a node and it will grow another branch.

i would cut it off and have two. , two brugs i can train into a bush are better than one brug i can train into a bush! :)
