Here are a few pics of my 2 hummers

Central, KY(Zone 6b)

I don't ever seem to have more than 3 or 4. There was another male, but I think he got run off!

They look like they're thinking "what are you doing????"

I'm still trying to learn this new camera, 1 of the pics was much clearer, I think it's the one I took in "sports" mode. It's a Kodak Easy Share DX7590, 5MP, 10X Optical, 3X Digital zoom. I don't really understand how to use it yet, it's much more fancy than my old Toshiba.

Here's the female, she's got her neck all stretched out trying to keep an eye on me.

One more of the male. I think this is the one that is the most clear. I cropped it a bit before resizing.

Thanks!
I wish I had some flowers blooming, I really like the pics that Monterey posts with them feeding on blooms.

Beautiful pics Sadie. I too am waiting for a clump of Coral Bells to bloom. They are budded but not open yet. The hummers work on them from first bloom until midsummer. That last pic is a real beauty.

WOW ,those are so good! I love all of them!

Thanks everyone, I'm glad you liked them!

Sadie, don't you love taking photos of hummers? It's such a challenge. It forces you to just sit and wait and be patient. I've only gotten a few pics, so far. Usually I get so excited to catch one, I miss the shot. Thanks for sharing. Mary

Nice shot Mary!

Yep, I usually have to stand really still between my two Red Buds trees, the feeder hangs right in from of them.
