NOID flowered!

League City, TX(Zone 9a)

Begged it to open on Mother's Day, but no! Begged it not to blast the one and only bud. She bloomed this evening.
Leaves fleshy, glabrous, tri-nerved emanating from a cuneate base. Leaves are of a lime green colour which pink up nicely in strong light. Likes to be a little dry and can handle some very strong light.

Flower just starting to open. I have noticed so many of my hoya flowers seem to open late in the afternoon and just before dusk.

Any ideas? Is it H. acuta as it was labeled?

It does look like H. verticillata, to me. I am finding many of my NOIDS, and H. sp. ? are just other clones of H. verticillata. I think I have about 5 or 6 different clones. Susan....try this link.https://www.bigislandgrowers.com/AHcomp/AHvert1.php

The individual flowers have a green tinge to the corolla...which other clones don't have.

Tell me what you think? I love H. verticillata...great blooms...and they smell so good, too!!!
