Gladiola Crinkle?

All my Gladiolas are doing great but this one.
What makes the foliage crinkle like this?

Almost looks like the leaf got twisted or hung up something that also may have cut it when it emerged. I wouldn't worry about it.

I was worried that it was caused buy some deficiency or disease.
Yes there could have been a rock that was hard to push out of the way.
