Does anyone want a short tailed cat?

Medford, NJ(Zone 6b)

Can you see the damage my cat has done? She's used my poor special brug baby as a scratching post all up and down the trunk. It's hard to tell from the picture but it is bad! Poor plant.

My 2 cats always used my brugs for scratching posts. It never harmed the plants but it did keep them looking tattered.

OH so your talking about a real cat here not a cat short for catapillar LOL, sorry, I was joking, on my other post I got confused cause brugie was talking about cats, I was thinking thefurry kind she was thinking the catapillar kind LOL

Send her to me, I love all my cats and also the ones who just show up and decide they are my cats. My vet says when he dies he wants to come back as one of my cats, is that a good enough reference. What color is she, the cat that is?

Oh Those Darn Darlin Cats of Ours!
I know the feeling. I have had to use chicken wire around the base for that reason. I hope your Special brug can make a recovery. Best of luck.
P.S. I just spent over 200.00 on one of my Darlin Cats Thursday!! Gotta Love em

All I can say is, "it's a good thing we are cat lovers"! My stray kitty is under my feet everytime I go outside to water or care for my plants, she wants to help me.............Yeah, help?

My current kitty is strictly an indoor cat. The 2 I spoke of that used my brugs for scratching posts, both died back in January exactly 2 weeks apart to the day.

Alright buns I'm packing her up. Gloria you may as well call that cat your own. She's there to stay. :) Cats I'm sorry that you lost your cats in January. It's SO hard. I lost her brother last November and I'm heart broken still over it. I have three cats and she's the only one that goes outside. There really is NO way to keep her in. She'll rip through screens, attack the other cats when she's mad, and last but not least. Mark like a male cat if we don't let her out. She is spayed and has no medical conditions. She just wants outside.

My kitties and I aren't speaking this morning - each cat brought me a dead baby bird!!! I know they are only doing what they were put on this earth to do, but that doesn't make me like it any better. Of course they have never brought a mouse or mole or a dead snake, just defenseless, newborn, baby birdies!!

Worden, IL(Zone 6a)

I get the defenseless newborns also. I gotten the moles, a baby rabbit or 2, and the worst of all crawdads (ick). They do not eat them or anything just play with them to death and then brings them inside to show me their proud catch.....oh the signs of Spring!!!! LOL

Kristi, I have two cats and one is so bad when he wants to go outside. He tears the screens, the curtains, the carpet.......anything he can shred. They are good mousers, but I wish they'd leave the presents outside instead of in the garage at the door.

My granddaughter, Madeline, snapped Red Parker snoozing in the birdbath, after a long day stalking baby birds!! We threaten to take him to the Piggly Wiggly and give him away if he ever brings us another birdie but we don't think he believes us...

LOL Sherry, that is such a cute picture.
I just noticed one of my Brug seedlings has been chewed on so I guess it was the Choc. Lab. She's breaking all my Iris blooms off running in my beds. My son brought his car polisher up this afternoon. He had left it laying beside his car while he ran an errand and Chocolate chewed the cord off. Boy, was he mad. LOL

Oh Ada, are you sure you don't have Bleu there?

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

oh to funny everyone. I guess we really do love our animals to put up with all the things they do to us.

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

LOL Susie, she sure acts like Bleu.
