your doing pretty darn good for some one who didn't know what a brug was just a short time ago :-)

They do look good, Moonglow. What kind of containers are those, and how large are they??

They look nice and healthy Moonglow. Hope they give you lots of flowers this summer.

I have a bunch that I put in the ground when they were smaller than yours and they're doing fine. In your zone as long as you have no danger of critters eating them, you can plant them anytime now. Enjoy them!!!

thank you ALL for the cheers! weather-permitting, i'll plant them this weekend. we've been getting rain...but it's all good.

my bigger brugs became salad feast. seen slugs and a really plump caterpillar, now i have protection against both. i'll treat the area this afternoon.

shirley, thanks. that means a lot coming from you. dick, i have more seeds sprouting =). sherry, those are 4" square pots. i like them. how many do you need?

snowhermit, oh, i can't wait. and if i can't shut up now, imagine when one of my babies BLOOM.

gretchen, should i stake them? it gets windy here sometimes that's all. thanks again.

Yes, I stake all of mine. That's still no guarantee that one might not get snapped. If you are worried about that once they get tall, you can use two tall stakes for each plant and and kind of "weave" your tie in and around the trunk and stakes. Can't wait to see your blooms!
