Thanks so much! I really love the fact that is keeps multiplying in my garden each year, with very little effort on my part!

Would you like some bulbs from this plant?

Shirley

oOo bulbs! How tall does it get and how wide does it spread?

Ellicott City, MD(Zone 7a)

It's very short and spreads slowly. Actually, I wish it was more aggressive! I would love to have it as a ground cover! Here's a link to give you more specifics. http://www.mobot.org/gardeninghelp/plantfinder/Plant.asp?code=K690

That is a diminutive one! Just right! Will you be dividing the plant later on in the year? What is the best time to work the bulbs?

Probably when done flowering and especially once the ground softens up a bit. We haven't had any rain for a while.

Enjoy the flowers, Shirley! Thank you for offering to send one to me! We must talk in email about what I can trade to you. Have a great weekend!

Thanks so much! I'll let you know once the flowers disappear and then we can trade in the next few weeks.
