Does anyone grow the Martagon lilies? Where to get bulbs, or trade?

martagon lilies should be available in spring mail order catalogues.

actually, lilies do much better if planted in the fall. There are alot nurseries that specialize in lilies. One that comes to mind is B&D Lilies...www.bdlilies.com. They carry both white and the typical mauvey color martagon. I do not how they will do in your southern zone however. Some lilies require a certain amount of winter chill to do well.

Crazique, just saw your note. I have some seeds I'll send you if you want. Am picking them off now. Plus Parks just put out a Countryside catalogue which has purple ones, not just the yellow we are all used to seeing.
