Colors to chase away the blues

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

It's been such a long winter and I'm so ready for spring but the cold rainy dreary days seem to want to stick around.
I always feel better when I go out to the GH and see the different colors of the blooms and smell that wonderful scent that only a Brug has.
Here's Dr Suess on the left, MM on the right and Northern Peaks in the background.

Autumn Reflections always cheers me up. It is such a pretty bright orange color. It is one of Monika's seedlings.

Oh Terry....so pretty! We are supposed to have rain the next 3 or 4 days. Ugh...I'm ready to get dirt under my nails! LOL Keep posting those beauties!

This is a double I will evaluate this summer. Last year it bloomed orange outside but it's first blooms in the GH this year are a pale yellow. Will be interesting to see if it returns to orange when planted outside.

Gosh, how pretty. I love all of those. Wishing still, that I had a big greenhouse. I do, I guess, but it just isn't heated until after the first week of May. LOL! Since tonight is going to get down to 34 again, I'm starting to wonder if I might have to move that time period into May a little farther.

What a beautiful variety of colors to have blooming Terry. I hope your dreary, cold days end soon although I am glad that you have a place where you can go and see them bloom and enjoy their beauty and fragrance. Saturday morning when I woke up it was 60 degrees which is rather cool for us this time of year and the day time temps have been in the low 70's which I am loving. It is usually so much hotter at this time of year for us and this has been a wonderful spring.

Terri, It makes me what to live in your GH. They all look so wonderful...Can't wait to see what that light yellow dbl, does.

Zion, IL(Zone 5a)

Autumn Reflections!!!
Are you trialing her or is that a released name? What does she smell like? I already love the way she looks but with 'Autumn' in the name as well, I'll be looking for her.

I collect plants with the DD's name (Autumn) and they tend to be standouts in their group of peers like the 'Autumn Damask' rose, 'Autumn Sun Rudbeckia' and 'Smokey Mountain Autumn' daylily.
