Are these buds?? I am very new to Brugs and I bought my first one at Easter. It is my baby. Yesterday when I was watering it and noticed these. Just wanted to make sure before I got too excited!

Oh you just put a very big smile on my face!!! I am so excited. Thanks. I can't wait to see what it is. When I bought it the only thing on the pot was Brug/Apricot.
I bet it is a beauty. The first of many buds I am sure. I still get excited when I see buds esp in spring.
It sure looks like buds to me, but I am no way any kind of expert. I just wanted to say "You lucky dog" I think am getting excited for you. I am new to brugs also and have about 6 of them. How big was it when you got it? Buying at Easter makes me think I might be able to have hopes for some blooms this year. I hope, I hope!!!! Your plant looks mighty healthy :-)

I'm excited too. I love it when new things begin to grow and blossom. I just went out there and counted 4 buds. Cindy here is a picture of it when we first brought it home.
And here is a picture of it that I just took today. Sun just came out so it is defiantly a happy day here in Round Rock.
Oh I have to share this one as well. I took this picture last week and I told my husband that this little lady would bring me good luck!

Well I guess it took me bragging about it to wake it up. Went out this morning and two of the buds are opening up. YEAH!
LindaSC I don't know the name. When I bought it, it was labeled Apricot. So it will be a surprise. I will be happy with anything.

Wow, worth the wait!!! It took about three weeks from bud to bloom, huh? Looks like I've got me a pretty good wait on my hands and we are expecting hail and stormy weather AGAIN today. Rain is super but wind and hail, we do not need!!!!

I have no clue what kind of brug it is. When I bought it, it was labeled Apricot on the pot and that was it?? The blooms kind of smell like peppermint. Is that odd? Or maybe I just have a bad sense of smell.

Funny, Brugie!! I was going to dispose of my Dr. Suess, but when I dug her up and tossed her in a pot, she came to life. Who knew??
