Hi from NC!

Kernersville, NC(Zone 7a)

I joined a short time ago but I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Rachel from NC. I found this site doing some research to make my yard look better and I am hooked! I absolutely love flowers and plants, but I am still learning what to do with them. I have learned SO MUCH just in the short amount of time I have been here! I look forward to learning more and contributing what I can. My husband has been teasing me about my plant 'knowledge' though. He took these pictures and labeled them:

"This is Rachel before Dave's"

Cool! Where'd you get the copper pots hanging on the fencing?

Kernersville, NC(Zone 7a)

At JoAnn Fabrics of all places! They match the large one in the orange and purple arrangement at the top of the thread, so I had to get them (on sale 40 or 50 % off). I thought something nice and cascading would look good in them, but obviously I haven't done it yet. I just had to hang them up and see what they looked like. I need to get to it, hope it doesn't rain again tomorrow! The fencing on the right side of that pic is a 'dog corral' as we call it back their yard from the doggie door and is temporary. I look forward to putting down pavers and completely redoing this area.
