Not a ginger

Tri-Cities, WA(Zone 7b)

This was sent to me as a ginger in a trade a while back. When the leaves first came up it didn't look like any ginger I knew of, but I'm always ready to learn about something new. Now that it has a bloom, I'm thinking. . .calla lily? There's a lot of spath-blooming plants, I know.

Oh well. It looks nice, has a pleasant fragrance, and the bloom has lasted for two weeks now.

It's Zantedeschia aethiopica (Calla Lily).

Beautiful plant. Congratulations!
