I know Epi, Holiday Cactus and Brug cuttings can be send in Bubble Envelopes to save on postage, are there others?

Lily bulblets, euonymus cuttings, dormant rose cuttings, dormant hydrangrea cuttings. Anything which does not get hurt by a slight squeeze. If you have tender stems, leaves, or root materials which can get damaged if squeezed a bit then avoid same (e.g. caladium would probably be ok if no sprouts, but once they sprout it is a no-no.

Just one comment. remember that usps will consider your bubble envelope a "package" if it is more than 1/4" thickness. So if you put a cactus cutting into an envelope, and it is now 1/2" wide... you will be billed as per package, and then you could just as well have sent it in a priority mail box anyway....

I once received about ten feet of Wisteria vine in a large padded envelope. It was wrapped like a wreath. LOL Hey, it came out in perfect shape and blooms twice a year for me.
