This is a hybrid of Ed Gildings...FINALLY with blooms and what blooms!!!! they open like H. onychoides and I thought they would be "claw" like...
H.archboldiana X H. onychoides
...and yes, I will put them in the PDB and yes, they have a delightful light fragrance! :~)
Wow that is one awesome looking flowa! I can't wait for mine to bloom!
Blessings,
Awanda
Darn , not even given the time to ask you to put them into the PDB :)
Lets see what the end result will look like.
Hmmm, I wonder if it will recurve?
Beautiful flower! I love the color. That Ed has got it going on!
It's spectacular Carol! Ü
.....flower envy...... :~D
Beautiful, Carol. :)
It is sure gorgeous Carol
Yes, it did recurve...looks like a Satellite Dish... LOL
So where is the Dish picture? :)
Gotta take it. LOL
Carol what a gorgeous flower. But, what does the plant , rest of the plant, look like? That is for us uninformed.
Jeanette
Will take a photo of that as well.
The leaves are similar to the pod and pollen parents...but, I think, more beautiful...with a bronzish tint to the green...deeeeeep green.
