Lilac Buds
They're lovely Joan! I haven't looked closely enough a mine yet, but its on the north side of my house so normally later than most lilacs. Its so exciting to see life finally emerging from our frozen gardens! Snow in Mississauga today? Gaaak - I saw lots of rain in downtown TO this morning, but I'm sure glad I missed your snow!
Gotta check out my lilac bush when I get home....

Great photo, Joan! Our bush has a whole pile of buds too - it's exciting. Especially since last year it didn't bloom at all; I have no idea why.
ceedub, I just love Spring. I've taken dozens of pictures of unfolding buds. Every year it's like magic to have it happen all over again.
