This ginger is wonderful, it goes dormant and completely dies down to the roots. And in the Spring, the flower pops up before any foliage.

I guess mine isn't going to bloom, it has leaves but no flowers. Yours is sooooooo pretty.

Here it is called Olena...a curcuma. I have a big patch started with just one tuber...I love them!!! It tells me, too, that Spring is here.
