Gotta love em. They bloom for a very long time for a bulb.

Frogs - I just looked this up in PF as I'm not familiar with it. I see it is hardy in Zone 9 and up. Would you happen to know if we cooler clime folks can plant these like glads or dahlia each spring? I see that they are a spring flower and summer dormant so I'm thinking that we wouldn't have the right seasons and temps that it needs. Any ideas?

They sure are pretty!

I did a little research and it says in your zone to spring plant for a fall harvest. There you go!! They are very pretty planted in groups. My neighbor has a section packed with hot pink ones that are gorgeous right now.

Thanks, frogs! Now to see if I can find some bulbs.
