I have tried for years to make whole, crunchy dill pickles. I can make crunchy sweet ones (bread and butter) but dill has been difficult. I want to make some Clausen type mini whole dills. I have planted a huge crop of national pickler and a small cuke called miss pickler hybrid. Any recipies or processing tips?? Brine baths, refrigerator pickles, alum bath??? Someone mentioned a grape leaf but I don't have any of those.
