I've been meaning to post a link to this on this forum, where it is probably more appropriate to place it.
Basically, it brings up the issue of Southern Blight contamination when using peanut shells for compost or mulch. Please do your research and don't do what I did! Hopefully I'll be lucky! Southern Blight looks to be a nasty beast that no one wants rearing its head in their garden.
